Terms of service

These terms are between you and Asmar ("we"). By creating an account or using the Asmar application you agree to them.

The service

Asmar is a desktop video editor driven by AI. Editing requires an account, and AI analysis and editing runs consume your plan's allowance.

Your content

Your videos are yours. You are responsible for having the rights to the footage you edit. When you run AI analysis, you grant us permission to process the selected material with our model providers solely to return results to you.

Accounts

One account per person. Keep access to your Google account secure; it is how you sign in. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

Payments

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period except as described in the refund policy.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
